How do I check the status of my order?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and a confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent to you shortly after your order ships.

If you did not receive your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email with tracking, please email us at help@wagmd.co or fill out the contact form on our website, and we’ll resend it as soon as possible.


How long does shipping take?

United States: 3–7 Business Days
(*We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and certain outlying islands/territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.)

Max Delivery Time: 15 Business Days

Processing time (1–2 business days) is not included in the shipping estimates above.
Due to external factors in shipping and logistics, transit times may occasionally take up to a week longer than usual.


Does WagMD cover import taxes or customs duty?

No. Under international trade laws, some countries may impose import taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon arrival. WagMD is not responsible for any such fees or charges. The buyer or recipient is fully responsible for paying these costs as determined by the destination country’s laws and regulations.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, you may:

  • Use the self-service link provided in your order confirmation email or on your Order Status page.

  • Email our customer support team at help@wagmd.co within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note:

  • Orders can only be edited or canceled within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it is placed, even if confirmation has been sent. If payment has been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
